Are you ready to...
- Drive new business by actively identifying, pursuing, and closing new client opportunities
- Sell IT services and custom software solutions across a variety of industries
- Design and execute sales strategies focused on key U.S. markets—especially New York, Texas, Illinois, and Florida
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals
- Connect with prospects through in-person meetings, cold calls, and strategic email outreach
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through relationship-based selling
- Collaborate with internal teams—marketing, talent acquisition, and finance—to align efforts and deliver results
- Keep HubSpot CRM updated with accurate records of all client interactions and deal progress
Wymagania
What We Expect:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of winning new business
- Background in IT sales—outsourcing, software development, or tech services preferred
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and a client-first approach
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients and an understanding of the American business landscape
- Self-motivated, results-oriented professional with strong negotiation and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools—HubSpot is a big plus
- Sharp analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
- Fluent English is required; Spanish is a nice-to-have
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
